The project

Solar Run is an Australian solar energy business operating at franchise scale. Flowstate was engaged to design and deliver a complete customer lifecycle automation system — 15 flows, 50 touchpoints (30 email + 20 SMS) — and build the full email template library and HTML files for deployment via Mailgun.

What I owned

• Full project from scoping to formal handover — coordinating designer, developer, and two client stakeholders (Anthony Kurta, Sai Gajjela)
• Led two 1.5-hour content journey mapping workshops — produced documented source-of-truth for all 50 touchpoints with triggers, delays, conditional splits, and personalisation tokens
• Established master template governance: one locked Figma master, duplicated before edits, all HTML builds named and versioned in Google Drive
• Prepared formal project handover document (v1.0) covering scope, stakeholders, access, all 15 flow deliverables, milestones, risks, operating model, QA checklist, and next steps
