Recovery date: October 16, 2026. These are historical source records, not approved plot decisions. Current editorial decision: only two possible endings remain — Escape or Destroy the System. Take Control and Release the Rules are discarded as standalone endings; the original four-proposal documents are kept for provenance.

Original files

Four-level source manuscript — original Chinese file:

Project-MIRROR-Plan-original.txt

Complete recovered text-source archive:

Project-MIRROR-Recovered-Text-Sources.zip

The ZIP preserves all 174 text and visual-production files from the original flipbook directory, the desktop duplicate, the later import synopsis/manifest, and recovery records. The 90 PNGs are preserved in the image pages rather than duplicated inside this text archive. Raw source files retain their original language and bytes; all newly written narrative and captions are English.

Versions worth keeping

  1. Four-level manuscript: the principal recovered narrative source, including two methods to reach the core and four historical AI-proposed endings (only Escape and Destroy the System remain current).
  2. 80-frame storyboard: the corresponding visual adaptation. Specific visual additions remain provisional.
  3. Ten-event ability variant: an alternative direction with script perception, mirrored presence, and an adaptive opponent.
  4. Visual bible and prompts: production references with AI-derived imagery clearly identified.

The Plan file was copied into its current location on May 20, preserving a May 14 modified timestamp. The desktop copy has a later May 31 modified timestamp. Storyboard and ability files carry later May dates; the import package labels itself September 3. These are file/import metadata, not proof of authorship or exact composition dates. Matching bodies and explicit source headers provide the stronger lineage evidence.
