Open Spectra Fold — Levinthal Contraction Visualizer

Purpose

Spectra Fold turns the contraction formalism into a visible state-space experiment for the Levinthal problem: a large conformational search picture is replaced by motion toward a constrained invariant ensemble.

The visual grammar is inherited from SPECTRA: $K$ defines the admissible kernel, $P$ selects it, and $I-\epsilon K^2$ contracts transverse components.

What to try

  1. Start with the full state ensemble.
  2. Follow attenuation of non-selected modes.
  3. Compare the surviving structure with the 125→47 E47 selector.
  4. Treat the display as a geometric model of constrained convergence, not enumeration of every conformer.
