• 1024-point NTT uses $q=12289$, root $10302$; $q=3329$ cannot support exact order 1024.
• E47 is 47 coordinates, not a 47-bit vector. At 32 bits/coordinate its payload is 1504 bits.
• A 192-bit host bus serializes E47 in 8 payload beats and the ambient 125-coordinate state in 21 beats, before framing overhead.
• The Babylonian unit is scalar calibration toward $\Omega_c$, not the E47 vector projector.
• The SHOE predicate checks both $\|Kx\|$ and $\|(I-P_{47})x\|$ before release.
• Node, area, power, throughput, latency, security level, and material realization remain pending their own proof or measurement.
