We run events and conferences that founders and investors actually want to attend - open mic pitch nights, demo days, investor meetups, and a lot more. Our community spans pre-seed to Series A founders alongside VCs, family offices, and high net worth individuals. We've built a brand that people genuinely love. Now we're building the commercial side to match.

The role

We're hiring a Sponsorships Manager - someone who owns revenue. This is a sales role focused specifically on selling sponsorship packages for Rare Founders events and conferences. Your job is to bring in paid sponsorships from companies that want to get in front of early-stage founders and the investors who back them. We already have a partnerships function - this is separate. This is about closing deals and driving money in the door.

You'll report directly to our CEO.
