Ten-minute setup

Choose three habits, define a Tiny Version for difficult days, and set a review date before you begin tracking.

</aside>

Plant the right habits

  1. Add one habit for care, one for growth, and one for maintenance.
  2. Set a realistic target for the current week or month.
  3. Write the expected friction before it happens.
  4. Use Garden Beds for the overall system and Needs Care when consistency drops.
  5. The code-built flower is an optional visual reward; the Notion database remains the source of truth.

Personalize

Rename statuses to match a garden, game, cozy cottage, minimal, or celestial theme. Keep the core distinction between Growing, Needs Care, Resting, and Retired.

Weekly care

Update Current, revise Tiny Version, and retire habits that no longer serve a real purpose. Do not treat broken streaks as failed identity.

Remove examples

Filter Sample Record to checked and delete the fictional plants once your own garden is established.
