Ten-minute setup

Choose the mood and energy language that feels safe, mark personal entries Private, and write your first entry without trying to make it profound.

Make the journal yours

  1. Keep or rename the Emotional Weather states.
  2. Use the calendar to revisit time, not to judge consistency.
  3. Fill only the fields that help: a short entry can be enough.
  4. Use prompts, gratitude, highlight, and release as optional lenses.
  5. The breathing orb is a simple relaxation visual and stores no journal content.

Privacy

Review sharing and publishing settings before writing personal information. A checkbox labeled Private does not override Notion page permissions.

Monthly care

Browse the calendar, notice repeated conditions, save useful language, and archive prompts that feel stale. Avoid turning moods into diagnoses.

Remove examples

Filter Sample Record to checked and delete the fictional entries before personal use.
