Ten-minute setup

Rename the life areas you actually use, keep no more than three Moving goals, and write one next gentle step for each.

</aside>

Begin softly

  1. Review the fictional goals and notice the difference between Seed, Moving, Paused, Complete, and Released.
  2. Enter one restoring goal, one necessary goal, and one goal you may need to release.
  3. Set Progress as a simple 0–100 estimate; precision is not required.
  4. Use Life Areas for balance and Moving Now for current action.
  5. Use the Daily Intention panel as a private browser-local reflection, then transfer anything important into Notion.

Personalize

Change life areas, warm-neutral accents, and language without adding more dashboards. Replace “goal” with “intention,” “project,” or “season” when that feels more natural.

Weekly care

Keep current commitments few, update the next gentle step, pause draining work before it becomes guilt, and celebrate completed or consciously released goals.

Remove examples

Filter Sample Record to checked and delete the fictional entries after you understand the states.
