Ten-minute setup

Rename the sample courses, set your current term dates, enter the next five real deadlines, and choose one item for the first focus session.

Your first evening

  1. Open Academic Work and replace the sample course labels you need.
  2. Add assignments and exams before adding optional study sessions.
  3. Give every open item a due date, status, effort level, and realistic focus estimate.
  4. Use Academic Flow to choose work and Due Calendar to see collision weeks.
  5. Run the Sanctuary Focus Timer only as a companion; record completed study in Notion.

Personalize the atmosphere

Weekly care

Review the next fourteen days, break large work into visible pieces, move submitted work out of active attention, and schedule recovery before overloaded weeks.

Remove the fictional examples

Filter Sample Record to checked, review the five examples, then delete only those records. Keep one example temporarily when learning the workflow.
