We’re looking for welcoming, proactive and dependable people who can help us create brilliant experiences for every Startliner. Community Crew opportunities are voluntary and event-based. Further information about the role, expenses and support provided will be shared after we receive your application.
Community Crew members can support different parts of our events, depending on your interests and availability.
EVENT SUPPORT
Welcome attendees, help with check-in and keep the day running smoothly.
SPORTS & GAMES
Help referee games, keep score and get involved in the action.
CONTENT
Capture photos, videos and behind-the-scenes moments from our events.
EVENT LOGISTICS
Support with set-up, pack-down and everything happening behind the scenes.
You don't need to be a sports expert or have previous event experience. We're looking for people who are:

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys bringing people together and making sure everyone has a good time.
Community Crew opportunities are voluntary and event-based, with opportunities shared as Startline events come up.
You’ll be part of the team on the day, get hands-on experience supporting live events, and meet other people who enjoy being part of the Startline community.
