  1. About These Terms These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Stocker, an iOS app by FiHub. By downloading or using Stocker, you agree to these terms. These terms are between you and FiHub — Apple is not a party to them.

  3. What Stocker Does Stocker is a stock analysis tool for comparing companies, modelling projections, and browsing regulatory filings. Stocker does not provide financial advice. Nothing in the app constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. FiHub is not a regulated financial adviser. Data is sourced from Yahoo Finance, SEC, and RNS and is provided for informational purposes only. Data accuracy is not guaranteed.
  4. Tiers and Purchases
    1. Basic (Free): US markets, limited usage, no saves
    2. Lifetime — £19.99 (one-time): All current features, US + UK markets, saves, Vault, Discord code
    3. Pro — £4.99/month: Everything in Lifetime + future premium features as built (real-time data, Sniper watchlist, global markets, charts). Future features are in development and added progressively.
  5. Subscription Terms Pro renews monthly at £4.99 automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. All billing handled by Apple — FiHub never accesses your payment details.
  6. Lifetime Purchase One-time, non-consumable. Covers all features available at time of purchase. Future Pro-tier features are not included. Non-refundable subject to Apple's refund policy. Restore via "Restore Purchases" in the app if needed.
  7. Discord Access Code Lifetime and Pro users receive a locally generated Discord code to join the FiHub community server. Not linked to any personal identity.
  8. Intellectual Property All content, design, and branding belongs to FiHub. Financial data belongs to its respective third-party providers.
  9. Acceptable Use No reverse-engineering, data scraping, circumventing purchases, or unlawful use.
  10. Limitation of Liability FiHub is not liable for investment decisions made using the app, data errors, or third-party outages. Nothing limits liability for fraud or personal injury under English law.
  11. Governing Law England and Wales.
