Business need: Create a digital student enrolment form that used Singpass/MyInfo to prefill profile information and support accurate submission.

My role: Worked with stakeholders to define which fields came from MyInfo, what students could edit, how validation worked and how unsuccessful submissions should be handled.

• Rules for system-provided, editable and validated fields
• Missing or incomplete profile information
• Cancelled, expired, incomplete and failed-authentication paths
• Technical specifications and acceptance criteria
• UAT scenarios for standard submissions, validation errors and exceptions
• Rollout planning and cross-team coordination

Key Consideration

The workflow needed clear rules for cases where MyInfo data was incomplete or did not meet the form requirements. Students needed to know what they could edit, which fields required validation and how to recover from interrupted or unsuccessful submissions.

Result

Created a clearer enrolment journey covering authentication, profile prefill, validation and recovery paths so standard and exception scenarios could be tested before rollout.
