How do new students receive their Student ID Card?
新生完成註冊、繳費及學生證照片上傳等相關程序後，學校將統一製作學生證。領取時間及方式請依當學期學校公告辦理。

學號可於入學相關資料或學校學生系統中查詢。登入 MyCCU 學生專區後，也可查看個人及學籍相關資訊。

What can I use my Student ID Card for?
學生證可作為校內身分識別使用，並可用於圖書館借閱、校園相關設施及其他學生服務。部分功能須依學校規定完成啟用後方可使用。

What should I do if I lose my Student ID Card?
如學生證遺失，應儘速辦理掛失，並依學校規定申請補發。補發學生證可能需要繳交相關費用。
If your Student ID Card is lost, you should report the loss as soon as possible and apply for a replacement according to university procedures. A replacement fee may be required.
What should I do if my Student ID Card is damaged or does not work?
如學生證損壞、無法感應或其他功能異常，請向學校相關承辦單位詢問換發或處理方式。

Can my Student ID Card be used as proof of enrollment?
學生證主要作為學生身分識別使用。如政府機關、銀行或其他單位要求正式的在學證明，建議另行申請學校核發之在學證明（Certificate of Enrollment）。
