Update:
If you’re seeing a pretty much blank screen, it means that your account is not attached to a course. This is probably because you created an account using a different email from the one Playwise has for you - so use your University email address, because that’s what we put in Playwise. And if you’re still seeing a blank screen, email [email protected]!

- Safari may not be the best browser right now... We’ve identified issues on the instructor side with using Safari - so there might be issues with the student side too! If you want to be the bug finder/fixer for the student view, and want to take the risk, go for it! But if you want consistent and reliable, use a different browser for now. ****(Sorry, we’ll fix this!)
- Hit all the save buttons, all the time! There are pop-up warnings pretty consistently, if you’re moving from one page to another without saving, but just in case your internet drops or etc., just save save save! (Or do your work elsewhere and upload/copy-paste.) We’re working on making auto-save really robust, but it’ll take a while, so for now, just save a lot!
