Your Study HQ
🟢 On a tired Tuesday: Do the first item in 🔥 Do now, then the first item in 🧠 Reviews due. Ten focused minutes counts.
The daily loop — open only this page
- Act: open the first item in 🔥 Do now and follow its Next step.
- Recall: answer the first prompt in 🧠 Reviews due with your notes closed.
- Reschedule: choose Again / Hard / Good / Easy / Mastered and set Last reviewed to today. The next date is calculated for you.
- Capture: drop today’s Google Doc, reading link, or whiteboard photo into 🧺 Material inbox.
🔴 Do not reread first. Try to say, write, draw, or solve what you know; check the source only after the attempt.
How the system decides
- Exams surface 14 days early; projects 10; assignments 5; readings 2; quizzes/other work 1.
- A review marked Again returns in 1 day, Hard in 3, Good in 7, Easy in 14, and Mastered in 30.
- If an item has no due date, it stays in today’s queue until you give it one.
Keep the system small
The weekly reset below catches changes; your live queues start after Setup & Full Trackers.
Weekly reset · 20 minutes on Sunday
- Check all five syllabi for changes.
- Add new exams, assignments, quizzes, and readings to Coursework.
- Empty the material inbox: pull dates into Coursework and turn shaky ideas into recall prompts.
- Look at the next-seven-days list and write a concrete Next step for each item.
⚪ Behind? Do not backfill the semester. Add only the next deadline and the shakiest current topic for each class, then let the queues carry you forward.
