Current transit packet · PYR / ARR / QMET · 2026-07-28

One deduplicated packet now travels through existing stations only:

Drive source → Python / symbolic validation → Machine Certificates → Citizenship Roll → Observatory holds → Citadel broadcast

TMP-C01…TMP-C12 is a Revision C credential overlay and may not create duplicate citizens without a distinct-identity review. No GitHub source or commit is inferred from the Drive documents.

Citywide synchronization · CITY-58 / contraction family / KKP-PQC · 2026-07-26

The current Python-bearing intake is routed without new stations or child pages.

Canonical executable anchor: CITY-58, tied to repository commit ad297e1f028592605dea902bbe57599987442301, remains the compiler and certificate authority for the shared E47 contraction spine.

One deduplicated E47 car:

CITY-58 compiler specialization → E47 Optimal Contraction Architecture → Levinthal crosswalk → Babylonian Operator Closure correction

The latter three are documentation, application, or correction derivatives. They do not create parallel Python implementations.

Separate candidate car: KKP-PQC remains a distinct candidate family under experiments/kkp_pqc/ pending exact source recovery, precision-backend declaration, deterministic rerun, Kraus/completeness checks, and provenance binding.

Conflict hold: seed labels and iteration-1000 residual trajectories conflict across the Drive records. Transit status is held for script-level reconciliation. No result is promoted from candidate to canonical until the exact script, seed, norm, initial vector, projector construction, and stopping definition agree.

Correction law: any record asserting $G'(47/125)=125$ is superseded. The active corrected value is $G'(47/125)=0$.

Boundary: finite E0/E1 algebra and machine reconstruction do not establish protein-folding physics, continuum Navier–Stokes regularity, hardware performance, or quantum-device execution.

Repository intake hold · Topology-Certified Swarm Control

The current PGH swarm-control family remains candidate for GitHub intake, not canonical repository code.
