Sunflower Grove is a student-led educational initiative working to make learning and educational opportunities more accessible to students around the world. Through opportunities, learning resources, mentorship, tutoring, student stories, and wellbeing-focused content, we hope to create a space where students can learn, discover, and support one another.

Below is a guide to the departments and roles currently available within Sunflower Grove.

• NOTE FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS :

✸ Sunflower Grove is entirely volunteer-based and unpaid. There is currently no salary or monetary compensation for team members.

✸ We are a student-led, remote initiative, and our team members can contribute from anywhere in the world.

✸ Our team primarily works online, so members should be comfortable communicating digitally and keeping up with team updates.

✸ You do not need professional experience to contribute. Genuine interest, reliability, willingness to learn, and initiative are more important.

✸ Team members are encouraged to communicate openly if they are unable to complete a task or if their availability changes.

✸ Work should be original and properly sourced where applicable. Plagiarism or misrepresentation of someone else's work will not be accepted.

✸ Team members may collaborate across departments. Your primary department does not limit you from helping with other projects.

✸ Sunflower Grove is built around student accessibility and inclusivity. All content should be created with students as the primary audience in mind.
