I lost my Recovery Key, can I get my memories back?

Unfortunately no, your memories are encrypted on your device and only your Recovery Key can unlock them. This is by design to protect your privacy. We recommend saving your Recovery Key somewhere safe like your Notes app or a password manager.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Echo → Cancel Subscription.

My recording isn't working

Make sure Echo has microphone permission enabled in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → Echo.
