### Blocking doesn't trigger

First check that Cran still has Screen Time access: Settings → Screen Time → Apps with
Screen Time Access → Cran. Without it, Cran can set everything up but will block nothing.

If access is granted, open Cran once: on launch it restores any monitoring iOS may have
dropped, for instance after a system update.

### I want to reopen an app right now

You can't, and that is the point. Unlocking a rule starts a fifteen-minute delay that
cannot be shortened: it's what separates a decision from an impulse.

If you truly need out immediately, two doors exist, on purpose: the **Free everything**
button inside Cran, and deleting the app.

### The delay has passed but the app is still blocked

Open the blocked app: the screen will tell you the delay is over and release access. You
can also open Cran, which does the same.

iOS doesn't always wake apps to the second. That's why Cran sends a notification when the
delay is over, and releases access at first contact.

### I deleted Cran — are my apps still blocked?

No. Deleting Cran immediately frees every app. Nothing stays blocked without the app —
that's a product guarantee, verified on every release.

### Website blocking doesn't work in Chrome or Firefox

iOS only lets apps filter addresses inside Safari. For other browsers, block them as
apps: they appear in the picker like any other.

### I switched iPhone — do I have to buy again?

No. Open the purchase screen and tap **Restore purchase**: the purchase belongs to your
Apple Account, not to the device.

### Does Cran see which apps I block?

No, and it cannot. iOS only hands it anonymous, unreadable tokens. No data leaves your
phone: there is no account and no server.

### My trial is over — what happens?

Rules stop applying until you buy, so your apps are free. Nothing is lost: your rules are
waiting, and the one-time $14.99 purchase brings them back for good.
