FAQ

Q. Do I need an account to play? No. Pick Your Bias has no login and no account system. Just open the app and play.

Q. Does the app collect my data? We don’t. Pick Your Bias has no account system and no analytics — your picks and results stay on your device. The app is free and supported by Google AdMob ads, and to show them Google may use your device’s advertising identifier. See our [Privacy Policy] for the full details.

Q. Can I turn off personalized ads? Yes. After your first tournament, iOS asks whether the app may track you — decline and ads become non-personalized. Nothing in the game changes either way. You can revisit this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland you can also reopen the consent form from the app’s Settings → Ad Privacy Options.

Q. Do ads interrupt a tournament? No. There’s a banner at the bottom of the game screen, and a full-screen ad may appear between games — never between two matchups inside a tournament.

Q. Why aren’t there any photos? Pick Your Bias is a fact-based card game by design — every card shows only publicly available information (name, group, position, generation). We don’t use photos, logos, or official artwork.

Q. Is this an official app from a K-Pop agency? No. Pick Your Bias is an unofficial, fan-made game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any K-Pop artist, group, or entertainment agency.

Q. I found incorrect information on a card (wrong group, position, etc.) — how do I report it? Please email us at the address below with the idol/group name and what’s incorrect. We periodically update our dataset.

Q. The app isn’t working / crashed — what do I do? Please email us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
