1. Overview

Swan AI is a mobile application that helps users craft better text-message and dating-profile replies. To do this, the App processes content you provide (such as chat screenshots, pasted messages, profile bios, and your stated preferences) and uses artificial-intelligence services to generate suggested replies.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

a) Information you provide

• Account data — when you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication credentials, managed via Supabase Auth (including Sign in with Apple). Collected when you create an account or sign in.
• Onboarding answers — information you optionally provide during onboarding (e.g. name, gender, age range, dating intention) to personalize results. Collected from the onboarding form you complete in the app.
• Content you submit — chat screenshots, images, pasted text, profile bios, tone preferences, and the conversations you ask Swan to help with. Collected when you upload, paste, or type content to request a suggestion.
• Feedback — ratings you give about whether a suggested reply or conversation worked (e.g. "got the date" / "didn't work out"). Collected when you tap a feedback control.
• Support communications — anything you send us by email. Collected when you contact us.

b) Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data — device model, OS version, app version, language, and basic interaction/diagnostic data. Collected automatically while you use the App.
• Identifiers — a user identifier and purchase/subscription identifiers used to manage your account and entitlements. Generated by us and our payment/subscription providers when you use the App or subscribe.

c) Purchase information

• We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Paywall presentation/experimentation and subscription status are managed via Superwall.
