PAYMENTS Full payment is required upfront before work begins.

REVISIONS Small adjustments (e.g., color tweaks, minor details) are free at any stage. Major changes after coloring may require an additional fee

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY Turnaround time is usually around 1 week to 1 month depending on my queue.

(For YCH Halloween and Square Icon is around 1-2 weeks)

Rush Orders: If you need the commission completed within a week, a 50% rush fee will be added to the base price. Please contact me before placing your order to confirm my availability for rush delivery.

USE This commission is for personal use only (e.g., social media icons, profile pictures, personal prints). You may not use it for commercial purposes or AI training. If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes or monetization, an additional fee will apply.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork. I am allowed to post the final drawing or its process on my social media portfolios unless a privacy fee (NDA) was purchased.

REFUNDS Before the line art phase. A 50% refund will be issued upon cancellation. After the line art phase. No refunds will be accepted except if: Missed Delivery. If the Creator fails to deliver by the guaranteed delivery date, the Client becomes eligible for a refund. Where work is partially complete, the Creator may offer the Client a partial refund proportional to the work not yet completed. The Client may accept the partial refund or pursue a full refund

No AI use The Creator does not use generative AI to produce any part of the work. The Client may not use the work, in whole or in part, as training data for AI models, as input to AI image-generation tools, or to produce derivative AI outputs. This restriction survives delivery.
