1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Toon Tone ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service Toon Tone is a color guessing game available on iOS. The App offers free and premium content. Premium content is accessible through auto-renewable subscriptions.
3. Subscriptions

• Toon Tone offers weekly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions ("Pro").
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

1. Intellectual Property All content in the App, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Toon Tone or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. User Conduct You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
2. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toon Tone and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
3. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
