ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Welcome to Terra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Terra's websites, applications, games, marketplaces, developer services, subscription services, digital asset services, APIs, software, content, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). Nothing in these Terms guarantees uninterrupted access to the Services.
DIGITAL ASSETS AND NFTS Ownership Digital assets acquired through Terra may include: • Skins • Collectibles • Characters • Weapons • Cosmetics • Upgrades • NFTs • Other virtual items Ownership of a digital asset grants ownership of the asset itself but does not transfer intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated. No Investment Guarantee Digital assets: • Are intended for entertainment and utility purposes. • Are not securities. • Are not investment products. • Carry no guarantee of value appreciation. Users assume all risks associated with acquisition, holding, and transfer of digital assets. Blockchain Risks Users acknowledge that blockchain systems may experience: • Network congestion • Protocol changes • Smart contract vulnerabilities • Cybersecurity risks • Market volatility Terra shall not be liable for losses arising from blockchain-related events outside its control.
MARKETPLACE SERVICES Terra may facilitate transactions involving digital assets. Users are solely responsible for: • Pricing decisions • Transaction decisions • Asset verification • Tax obligations Terra does not guarantee: • Market liquidity • Asset value • Buyer availability • Future demand Terra reserves the right to: • Remove listings • Reverse fraudulent transactions • Freeze suspicious accounts • Restrict marketplace access
PAYMENTS AND FEES Users may purchase products and services using: • Credit cards • Debit cards • Supported digital payment methods • Approved stablecoins • Other approved payment methods Applicable fees may include: • Transaction fees • Marketplace fees • Subscription fees • Processing fees All fees are disclosed prior to purchase. You grant Terra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: • Host • Display • Reproduce • Modify for technical purposes • Distribute • Promote Content must not: • Violate laws • Infringe intellectual property • Contain malware • Promote scams • Harass users • Incite violence • Contain hate speech Terra may remove content at its sole discretion.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Users may not: • Cheat or exploit games • Manipulate marketplaces • Circumvent fees • Use bots without authorization • Engage in money laundering • Conduct fraudulent transactions • Reverse engineer protected systems • Access unauthorized systems • Interfere with platform operations • Violate sanctions or trade restrictions Violation may result in suspension, asset restrictions, or permanent account termination.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All Terra trademarks, software, branding, designs, interfaces, documentation, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Terra or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Terra intellectual property. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit Terra intellectual property without written permission.
TAXES Users are solely responsible for: • Income taxes • Capital gains taxes • Sales taxes • VAT obligations • Cryptocurrency reporting requirements Terra does not provide tax advice. Users should consult qualified tax professionals.
SECURITY Users are responsible for maintaining the security of: • Accounts • Devices • Authentication credentials Terra employs commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including: • Payment processors • Blockchain networks • Analytics services • Authentication providers • Cloud infrastructure providers Terra is not responsible for third-party services or their actions.

DISCLAIMERS THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING: • MERCHANTABILITY • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE • NON-INFRINGEMENT • CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY • ACCURACY OF INFORMATION TERRA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT: • THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE; • DIGITAL ASSETS WILL RETAIN VALUE; • MARKETPLACES WILL REMAIN ACTIVE; • GAMES WILL CONTINUE OPERATING INDEFINITELY.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: TERRA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, INVESTORS, ADVISORS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TERRA'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO TERRA DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).
INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Terra and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and legal fees arising from: • Your use of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your content • Your transactions • Your infringement of third-party rights
