Training is conducted live via Zoom, and attendance is required. TFs are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions. The number of training days varies by program and term. |

🤝 Weekly Syncs |
Throughout the term, TFs will participate in recurring syncs with the instructional team to maintain alignment, share updates, and support consistent program delivery. |

By the start of classes, you should feel prepared and confident in your role as a TF. To ensure a high-quality student experience, observations and performance reviews may be conducted throughout the term. |
