Welcome, Applicants!

Thank you for applying to become a Tech Fellow. To align staffing with student enrollment, we use two processes throughout each hiring cycle:

1. Rolling Admissions – Candidates are reviewed and hired throughout the application period.
2. Bench Hiring – Hired TFs are placed on a bench roster and assigned hours based on enrollment needs. </aside>

❇️ Rolling Admissions

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and offers are extended in small batches throughout the hiring cycle.

📧 Monitor Your Email

All hiring and onboarding communication is sent to the email address used on your application.

⚠️ Most action items require a response within 24 hours, including:

• Soft offer acceptance
• Assignment letter completion
• New hire onboarding tasks (if applicable)
• Course assignment confirmations

If a required action is not completed within the stated timeframe, your offer may be closed and reassigned based on program needs.

We know receiving an offer is exciting! However, we ask that you wait until the hiring cycle concludes before sharing offer details with students or other applicants.

❇️ Bench Hiring

All candidates who accept an offer are placed on our TF Bench Roster.

🏁 What Is the Bench?

The bench roster allows us to align staffing with student enrollment. Being on the bench means:

• You are eligible to work as a Tech Fellow during the term.
• Course assignments and hours are determined based on enrollment needs.
• Not all bench members are guaranteed hours or course assignments.
