For: AllScale Creator Program participants Product: AllScale Store (allscale.store) — the Telegram commerce product from AllScale (allscale.io)

Two parts. Part 1 is every feature you can talk about, with what it is, what it looks like to a user, and who it's for. Part 2 is the four customer profiles and the exact situations they're in — plus which features solve which situation.

Part 1 — The 10 Features

1 Swap + Bridge

What it is: buyers can pay with major currencies across six Ethereum-ecosystem chains (ETH / BSC / Arbitrum / Optimism / Base / Polygon) plus USDT on Tron. The system auto-converts and settles stablecoins into the merchant's self-custodied wallet.

What it looks like: the buyer picks a currency and chain on the checkout page and approves once. The merchant always sees USDT / USDC arrive.

Who needs it: audiences holding a mix of coins and chains; cross-border sellers; API sellers with overseas developer customers; SEA / Vietnam buyers.

Why it matters: it removes the "go buy USDT first" step, which is where a large share of buyers quietly disappear. Sellers usually blame their copy for that drop-off — it's actually the payment step.

2 Delivery: four fulfillment types

Fulfillment type What happens after payment
Manual follow-up Merchant receives the buyer's details and follows up personally
Auto-delivery Buyer instantly unlocks files, images, or video — no merchant involvement
Info collection A form pops up after payment; buyer submits email / username / contact
Auto code drop One code is drawn at random from an uploaded batch; the product auto-hides when the batch runs out

3 Pricing

What it is: zero monthly fee, zero listing fee, only 0.6% of merchant revenue.

4 No-code setup

What it is: register an AllScale account → log in with your Telegram account → create the store → list the first product and get a payment link. No code, no server.

What it looks like: about as involved as filling out a Notion form once.

Who needs it: first-time sellers starting from nothing; KOLs migrating off the manual wallet-and-spreadsheet setup; agencies onboarding a new store.

5 AI support + human takeover (hybrid)

What it is: an AI answers the basic FAQ 24/7 — how to pay, which chains are supported, how to renew, how long delivery takes. The moment a conversation turns into price negotiation, a deep technical question, or a complaint, a human can take over the same Telegram conversation in one step.

What it looks like: the customer never notices a handoff. The merchant sees in their own Telegram exactly how far the AI has gotten and picks it up from there.

Who needs it: paid groups spanning time zones; API / reseller merchants where technical questions need a human; agencies pushing a deal over the line.

6 Fiat payments
