Project Schedule (1 Month, Tentative)

• Week 1: Kickoff, then submit 5 pilot characters for HQ feedback.
• Mid-project: Interim submission of 25+ characters.
• End of month: Final submission of all 50 characters.
• The exact schedule will be confirmed before the contract.

What you will focus on

1. Concept Research

• Research popular characters in Filipino short dramas, webtoons and AI character chat services across 7 genres
  • Genres: Modern romance, romance fantasy, campus, fantasy, BL, GL, slice of life.

2. Character Reinvention

• Use references as inspiration only, giving each character a new name, a new AI-generated image and a new setting (job, background, speech style).
  • Do not copy names, lines or images from existing characters or real people.

3. Character Writing

• Write each character's profile in English using HQ's upload form, with a focus on personality, speech style, opening scenario and example dialogues.
• Reflect Filipino local context, such as cities, jobs, family culture and conversational English.

4. Character Images

• Create a 3:4 portrait for each character with AI tools and keep a record of the tools and prompts used.

5. Standards & Review

• All characters are adults (18+) and general-rated, with at least 5 characters per genre.
• Track reference changes in a comparison table, and submit pilot characters first for feedback before full production.
