We’re working with a fast-growing new-age cookware brand trusted by 10 lakh+ customers, on a mission to make Indian kitchens healthier with safe, thoughtfully designed cookware.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently build teams across a growing D2C business.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end hiring across e-commerce, marketplace, marketing, brand, content, product, category, supply chain, operations, retail and customer experience.
• Partner with business leaders on role requirements, candidate profiles and hiring plans.
• Build pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, recruitment partners and direct sourcing.
• Manage screening, interviews, offers and candidate communication.
• Track hiring metrics, source effectiveness, position ageing and offer-to-joining.
• Build talent networks across D2C, e-commerce and consumer brands.
• Support employer branding, referral programmes and recruitment reporting.
• Identify candidate motivation, compensation expectations and joining risks early.

What we’re looking for

• Strong talent acquisition experience across D2C, e-commerce, consumer or retail businesses.
• Understanding of business and functional roles within a D2C organisation.
• Strong sourcing, communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles while maintaining candidate quality.
• High ownership, speed and attention to detail.
