Tap the + button, scan or enter your receipt, assign items to each person, and Tally calculates everyone's share automatically including tax and tip.
- How do I request payment?
Once your bill is split, tap "Request" next to each person to send them a payment request through your preferred payment app.
- Do my friends need Tally to use it?
Yes — everyone in your split needs to download Tally. Once they're on it, splitting bills and requesting payments takes seconds.
- How do I add people to a split?
Tap "Add people" when creating a split and search by name or contact.
- Can I split a bill unequally?
Yes — Tally supports splitting by item, by percentage, or by custom amounts so everyone pays exactly what they owe.
