What to include (faster reply)

• iPhone model and iOS version
• Qirana version shown at the bottom of Closet Controls
• Whether the issue happens on Styling Bench, Lanes, Mirror Check, Swatch Drawers, or login
• Screenshots or a short screen recording when possible
• For appeals: the nickname / look involved and why you are appealing

Quick fixes for common closet issues

• Camera / Photos denied — iOS Settings → Qirana → enable Camera or Photos, then retry hanging a look or changing your avatar.
• Voice style tip mic — enable Microphone in iOS Settings → Qirana. Tap mic once to record, tap again to send (max 30 seconds).
• Tracking prompt — optional. Change later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Look won’t hang — add at least one photo and pick a main hue, confirm the publish check, then try again.
• Keyboard covers the comment box — tap outside to dismiss, or scroll the Mirror Check page; the composer should lift with the keyboard.
• Empty Swatch Drawers — save looks from any lane; drawers file by hue. Recently viewed only shows looks you actually opened.
• Safety Notice every launch — expected while signed in; tap “I Understand — Enter Community” to continue.
