1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Telvo ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Telvo is an AI-powered recovery and accountability app that delivers personalized calls, a supportive community, and tools to help you stay motivated and build discipline. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate voice calls based on your preferences.

3. Subscription Terms

Access Requires a Subscription

Telvo requires an active subscription to access the App. When a subscription ends, expires, or a free trial concludes without converting to a paid subscription, access to the App's features is discontinued. Your account data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy unless you delete your account.

Plans and Pricing

Telvo Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription in the following plans (USD; prices may vary by region):

• Annual — $49.99 per year. New subscribers may be eligible for an introductory price of $29.99 for the first year, after which the subscription renews at the standard annual price of $49.99 per year.
• Annual with Free Trial — $29.99 per year, following a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Monthly — $14.99 per month.

Introductory offers and free trials are available only to eligible new subscribers, as determined by Apple. Eligibility is limited to one introductory offer per Apple Account per subscription group.

Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. For plans with a free trial, no payment is charged until the trial period ends.

Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Following any introductory period, the subscription renews at the standard price for the selected plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
