Telvo Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Telvo ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service Telvo is an AI-powered recovery and accountability app that delivers personalized calls, a supportive community, and tools to help you stay motivated and build discipline. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate voice calls based on your preferences.

3. Subscription Terms Billing: Telvo Premium is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Price is $14.99/month (USD); prices may vary by region. Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial subscription periods. Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. User Responsibilities You agree to: provide accurate information when creating your account, use the App only for lawful purposes, and not reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.

5. User-Generated Content You are solely responsible for any content you post to the Telvo community, including posts, comments, and profile information. You agree not to post content that is abusive, harassing, unlawful, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms or post objectionable content. You may report objectionable content or block other users through in-app tools, and we address reports in a timely manner.

6. AI-Generated Content All calls are generated by artificial intelligence. Content is for personal use only and should not be considered professional advice (medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or otherwise). AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. Telvo is not a substitute for professional care; consult a qualified provider for any health concerns.

7. Third-Party Services The App uses third-party AI, analytics, and infrastructure services to deliver its features, including but not limited to xAI, OpenAI, Fish Audio, Groq, PostHog, Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Firebase, and Apple. By using the App, you consent to sharing your data with these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality are owned by Telvo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination We may terminate or suspend access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
