1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TeoEnglish mobile application (the "Application"), operated by TeoEnglish ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, accessing, downloading, or using TeoEnglish, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Application and must immediately cease all use and delete it from your device.

2. Service Description

TeoEnglish is an educational mobile application designed to help users learn and practice English through lessons, audio materials, vocabulary training, exercises, tests, and progress tracking. The Application is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities performed through your account. You may delete your account at any time directly within the Application settings.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features and content within TeoEnglish require a paid subscription.

• Billing: Payments are processed and managed exclusively by Apple via In-App Purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Deleting the Application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
• Refunds: TeoEnglish does not directly process payments or issue refunds. All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple according to Apple's terms and policies.

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it provides temporary access to the Application. Unless cancelled through your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription (Base or Pro, depending on your selection) charged to your Apple ID by Apple. Upon expiration of the trial period, continued use of the Application requires an active paid subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

The English language, general grammar rules, standard vocabulary, and commonly used UX/UI navigation patterns are not claimed as proprietary. However, the unique visual design, original graphics, software code, specific lesson arrangements, and custom audio/visual content created for TeoEnglish are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal learning. Without prior written permission, users may not:

• Systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract content and data from the Application;
• Use any content, datasets, audio, or materials from TeoEnglish to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models;
