The App does not provide telecommunications services and is not affiliated with any mobile carrier, network operator, or satellite provider unless explicitly stated.
You may use the App if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable laws and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded the App.
No account registration is required to use the App.
You retain ownership of any data you voluntarily provide through the App, including saved speed test results or preferences stored on your device.
