Appointments

All appointments are binding once booked.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations under 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows: 100% of the service price will be charged.

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.

Payments

Payment is due immediately after the service in cash.

Health Conditions

Clients must inform me of any allergies, infections, or health conditions prior to the appointment.
