How renting works

Berzerk Revival is a professional rental archive for stylists, wardrobe teams and creative professionals. Every piece is rented to approved clients only, and every rental follows the same clear steps, so you know exactly what to expect from first message to final refund.

Who can rent

Stylists, wardrobe and costume teams, creative directors, production teams and brands booking pieces for professional work: shoots, campaigns, editorial, events and performances. Rentals are for professional use only. Pieces cannot be rented for personal use or for resale. Students may apply in some circumstances: include your course, institution and tutor's name in the application, and we review each student request individually.

The application process

  1. Apply once. Complete the rental application. It takes about 10 minutes. Have a photo of valid ID, a link to your portfolio or credits, your project details and dates, and the garment IDs of the pieces you want ready.
  2. We review within 48 hours. We will approve your application, decline it, or ask for more detail. For an urgent, same-day or last-minute pull, call or text us on [phone number].
  3. Choose your pieces. Browse the inventory and list the garment ID of each piece you want in your application. Once your pull is confirmed, we hold it for you for 48 hours.
  4. Receive your quote. It includes the rental fee, the security deposit, your delivery or pickup choice, and the rental terms to sign.
  5. Sign and pay. Sign the terms, then pay the rental fee and the security deposit as two separate payments. Your booking is confirmed when both have cleared.
  6. Receive your pieces. Every piece is photographed and checked before it leaves. You receive a condition report to confirm.
  7. Return and refund. Return the pieces on time. We inspect them within 48 hours of arrival, and your deposit is refunded within 48 hours of the inspection.
