Welcome to AskScoobyAI. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AskScoobyAI browser extension, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

AskScoobyAI is a browser extension that helps you prepare for job interviews. From a job posting and your CV, it generates tailored interview questions and model answers, STAR-format answers, a cover letter and CV suggestions, and an AI mock-interview practice feature with automated feedback and scoring.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. See Section 7 for important information about AI-generated content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, and able to enter into a binding agreement, to use the Service.

3. Your Account

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that takes place under it. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate anyone else.

4. Credits, Pricing & Payment

• Some features of the Service use "credits". You receive one (1) free credit on your first sign-in, and a number of free practice sessions to start.
• After your free allowance, you may purchase additional credits. Prices are shown in the Service before you buy and start from the amount stated at the point of purchase.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are tied to your account.
• One credit unlocks generation for a single job (across the relevant sections for that job). We may change credit pricing or what a credit unlocks from time to time; changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.

5. Refunds & Cancellation

• The Service is a digital product delivered immediately. By purchasing credits and using them, you acknowledge that the digital content is supplied at once.
• If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within a "cooling-off" period. However, where you ask us to begin supplying digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once supply has begun, that cancellation right may not apply to credits you have already used.
