1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation, registration, sponsorship, volunteering, and use of the website www.kafilafoundation.org ("Website") in connection with the event "RUN FOR LOLAB 2026" ("Event"), organized by Kafila Foundation (J&K), a registered non-profit organization located near River Point Goose, 300 Meters from Lolab Gate, Kupwara, Jammu & Kashmir – 193222, India ("Kafila Foundation", "we", "us", "our").
1.2 By registering for the Event, using the Website, making a payment, submitting a donation, or otherwise participating in any capacity — as a participant, school representative, volunteer, NGO partner, CSR partner, sponsor, or donor — you ("you", "User", "Participant") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 If you are registering on behalf of a minor, school, institution, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that minor, school, institution, or organization to these Terms.
1.4 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register for or participate in the Event.
2.1 "Event" means RUN FOR LOLAB 2026, scheduled to be held on 30 August 2026 in Lolab Valley, Kupwara, Jammu & Kashmir, and includes all associated activities, side-events, and related programs.
2.2 "Participant" means any individual registered to take part in the Event, including school students, youth (18+ years), wheelchair participants, and any other registered runner or attendee.
2.3 "Volunteer" means any individual registered to assist with the organization or conduct of the Event without payment of a registration fee.
2.4 "Partner" means any NGO, CSR entity, business, or institution collaborating with Kafila Foundation for the Event.
2.5 "Sponsor" means any individual or entity providing financial, in-kind, or promotional support to the Event in exchange for agreed branding or recognition.
2.6 "Registration Fee" means the amount payable by eligible Participants to register for the Event.
2.7 "Force Majeure Event" has the meaning given in Clause 15.
