Digital Asset License Agreement (Switzerland)

1. Contract Formation

By creating an account, actively selecting the checkbox “I have read and accept the License Terms”, and proceeding to download any digital asset, the User submits a binding declaration of acceptance pursuant to Art. 1 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).

These License Terms form an integral part of the contract.

3. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the downloaded watermarked 1080p digital photo and/or video assets strictly within the scope defined in this Agreement.

All ownership rights and copyrights remain exclusively with the Licensor.

4. Permitted Free Usage (Watermarked 1080p Assets Only)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the provided watermarked 1080p assets may be used exclusively for:

• organic (non-paid) social media publication on the User’s owned business channels
• in-store display within the User’s physical commercial premises

All assets are supplied with a visible watermark containing www.studiofpg.com.
