These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Habit Streak Tracker (the “App”), provided by the Habit Streak Tracker team (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, which is also available in the App’s Settings. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You may not use the App if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
You must sign in through a supported identity provider and complete required security verification. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your identity-provider account and device and for activity performed through your account.
Provide accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account or device has been compromised. We may reject, restrict, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the App, or our service providers.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use, subject to applicable App Store rules.
The App and its software, interface, branding, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
The App records information that you choose to enter. A completion, missing record, streak count, milestone, or reminder is a convenience feature and may be affected by user input, device settings, time-zone changes, connectivity, synchronization conflicts, software errors, or operating-system behavior.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and when an activity was completed. A missing record means only that an activity was not logged in the App. It is not proof that you failed to perform the activity.
Notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any reminder will be scheduled, delivered on time, displayed, or heard. Do not rely on the App for medication, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, employment, or other time-sensitive reminders.
AI chat is optional and requires separate permission before messages are sent to the AI provider. Chat may offer general suggestions related to starting, continuing, or returning to a habit. It cannot complete an activity, edit a streak, change reminders, or alter tracking records.
AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any suggestion.
