By paying your deposit to secure a place on any Courtside Collective retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Courtside Collective. Please read carefully before booking.
“Retreat” refers to any group or private retreat experience organised and operated by Courtside Collective. “Guest” or “you” refers to any person who has submitted a booking enquiry, booking form, and/or paid a deposit toward a Courtside Collective retreat. “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Courtside Collective, operated by Jennifer Parish, Australia. “Booking Confirmation” means written confirmation issued by Courtside Collective once a valid deposit has been received. “Balance Due Date” means 60 days prior to the retreat start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. “Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat for any reason, including postponing, rescheduling, or voluntary withdrawal.
A non-refundable deposit of $\$ 750$ USD per person is required to secure your place on a retreat. Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit has been received in full and a Booking Confirmation has been issued by Courtside Collective in writing.
Submitting a booking enquiry or form does not guarantee your place. Courtside Collective reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion, in which case any deposit received will be returned in full.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, personal circumstances, illness, injury, relationship breakdown, work commitments, or travel disruptions.
Retreat places are strictly limited and allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
The full remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date (“Balance Due Date”). Failure to pay the balance in full by the Balance Due Date may result in your booking being cancelled and your spot released, with no refund of deposit.
Payment plans are available upon request and must be agreed in writing with Courtside Collective prior to booking confirmation. Standard payment plans consist of two instalments: the $750 deposit at time of booking, and the remaining balance by the Balance Due Date.
Accepted payment methods:
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Guests are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or transfer costs associated with their chosen payment method.
All credits and vouchers issued by Courtside Collective are not redeemable for cash or refunds under any circumstances.
