These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Doodle Brush mobile application (“App”), operated by the developer contactable at [email protected] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the service

Doodle Brush is a digital coloring book application for children and families. The App provides outline pages and creative tools such as brush, fill, eraser, colors, stickers (where available), saving artwork, and sharing or exporting art, subject to device capabilities and subscription status.

Some features require an active paid subscription (“Doodle Brush Premium”). Free browsing of pages may be available; full drawing tools may be locked until a valid subscription is active.

1. Eligibility and parental responsibility

The App is intended for general audiences and family use. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for:

• supervising a child’s use of the App • any purchases made on devices your child uses • profile names, photos, and artwork created on the device

If you are under the age of majority in your region, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

1. License to use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

You may not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law • use the App for unlawful purposes • attempt to bypass payment, subscription, or security features • use our branding in a way that suggests false affiliation

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

1. Accounts and profiles

The App does not require creating an online account with us. Optional on-device profiles (name and photo) and saved drawings are stored on your device for App functionality. You are responsible for the content you add (for example profile names and photos).
