This document outlines the Terms of Service for the Citlali News Discord bots, including the private bots (Yoimiya, Citlali, and Shogun Raiden) and the Citlali News representative bot for partnerships.
1. Introduction and Scope
The Citlali News Discord bots are private tools designed exclusively for personal use by the bot owner.
- The private bots (Yoimiya, Citlali, and Shogun Raiden) have no public commands, no public functionality, and require no purchases. They are operational only on the owner's personal Discord server and cannot be added to any other servers, as the "+Add App → Add to Server" option has been disabled.
- The Citlali News representative bot is the sole exception, permitted on partner servers strictly for partnership purposes. It includes one command solely for messaging the bot owner regarding partnership inquiries.
As such, these bots do not provide any broad services, interactive features, or benefits to other users.
2. User Agreement
By being in a server where the Citlali News representative bot is present, users acknowledge that:
- The private bots (Yoimiya, Citlali, and Shogun Raiden) are non-operational outside the bot owner's personal server, cannot be added to other servers, and offer no features, interactions, or services.
- The Citlali News representative bot is limited to partnership-related messaging and does not engage with users beyond that scope.
- These bots do not collect, store, or process any personal data.
- No agreement or interaction is required or possible except for the specified partnership command on partner servers.
- By accepting a partnership with Citlali News, the partnering server agrees to the Administrator permission requirement as outlined in Section 5.
3. Compliance
All Citlali News bots adhere to Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy, as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
The bot owner assumes full responsibility for the development, operation, maintenance, support, distribution, use, and content of all Citlali News bots.
The bot is a verified Discord app (identity confirmed via government-issued ID per Discord's verification process), ensuring safety and compliance with Discord's platform requirements.
