1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Clockin app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service Clockin is a commute management service that utilizes GPS and Bluetooth (Beacon) to verify and record attendance at specific workplaces.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when signing up via Google or Apple.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
• Prohibited Acts: You agree not to use GPS spoofing apps or any technical means to create fraudulent attendance records.

4. Accuracy of Data While Clockin strives for accuracy, environmental factors (GPS signal, Bluetooth interference) may cause recording errors. Users are responsible for verifying their own attendance logs. Modamu Inc. is not liable for any labor disputes arising from inaccurate data.

5. Intellectual Property All rights to the Service's UI, design, and software logic belong to Modamu Inc. Users own the data (commute records) they generate.

6. Limitation of Liability Modamu Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Account Termination You may terminate your account at any time via the "Delete Account" feature in the app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Korea.
