1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all commercial relations between:

And any professional client (hereinafter "the Client") subscribing to the GetVocalia virtual receptionist service.

The service is intended exclusively for professionals and businesses. Any subscription implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Service Description

GetVocalia is a managed AI-powered virtual receptionist service. The Provider delivers:

• The creation and configuration of a customized AI voice agent;
• The provision of a dedicated phone number;
• The drafting of scripts tailored to the Client's business;
• Testing and validation before going live;
• Monthly maintenance and adjustments;
• Automatic email delivery of call summaries;
• Client support by email and WhatsApp.

The voice agent systematically identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of each call, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The dedicated phone number remains the property of F&C Group Limited and is managed exclusively by the Provider. Upon termination, the number is not transferable to the Client.
