The content cannot replace professional evaluation. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking treatment because of data provided by the Service. |
| 3. Limitation of Liability | As-Is Provision & Supply Chain Risk: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service relies on third-party infrastructures (including but not limited to secure cloud networks, data hosting infrastructures, and digital spreadsheet application platforms). The provider shall not be liable for any service interruptions, data synchronization failures, or data loss caused by these third-party platforms.Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider's total liability for any claim arising out of this Service shall be strictly capped at the actual amount paid by you for the product. |
| 4. Governing Law & Waiver | These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any unresolved dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled via individual, binding 1:1 arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Delaware, United States. Users explicitly waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits. However, EU consumers retain their mandatory rights under local consumer protection laws. |
