Anook is a meditation and relaxation app developed by NOUS STUDIO LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), offering scenes, ambient soundscapes, and music from places around the world to help you hold a quiet stretch of time.
Everything Anook does runs on your device. No account is required, and the core experience works offline.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Anook on your personal devices. You may not:
Some of the background music in Anook was created by independent artists. Meydän’s “Away,” “Elk,” and “Freezing but warm,” together with Chris Zabriskie’s “I Am a Man Who Will Fight for Your Honor,” are used under the Creative Commons BY 4.0 license. Spheriá’s “Evening Improvisation (with Ethera)” is used under the Creative Commons BY-SA 3.0 license. Deodo’s “Sleep” is used under an Envato Elements commercial license. Other scenes, ambient sounds, and music are either created by us or used under the applicable licenses.
These licenses cover our use of the assets within Anook. They do not grant you a sublicense. Your use of these assets is limited to viewing and listening within the app.
We may add, adjust, or remove scenes and sounds from time to time — for example, when an asset license expires. This is not a breach of these terms toward users who have purchased Anook Pro.
