Thank you for using this Discord bot ("the Bot", "we", "us"). By inviting the Bot to your server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

1. Description of Service

The Bot provides fun, interactive commands (such as greetings, hugs, praises, and similar responses) for use within Discord servers and, where enabled, direct messages. The Bot does not store, log, or retain any user data, message content, or command history. It responds to commands in real time and retains no memory of past interactions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Bot to:

Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to exploit, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its underlying systems
Use the Bot for any illegal purpose

3. Availability

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot (or any of its features) at any time, with or without notice.

4. No Warranty

The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Use of the Bot is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to block the Bot from accessing any server or user, or to terminate the Bot's service entirely, at our discretion, without prior notice.
