THE SERVICES (AS DEFINED BELOW) WERE NOT DEVELOPED FOR, AND ARE NOT OFFERED TO, INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES WHO RESIDE IN, ARE CITIZENS OF, ARE LOCATED IN, ARE INCORPORATED IN, OR HAVE A REGISTERED OFFICE OR PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN THE UNITED STATES, OR ANY RESTRICTED JURISDICTION OR COUNTRY SUBJECT TO SANCTIONS OR RESTRICTIONS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALGERIA, BOLIVIA, BELARUS, THE CRIMEA REGION, CUBA, DONETSK, THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, IRAN, IRAQ, IVORY COAST, LIBERIA, LIBYA, LUHANSK, MALI, MYANMAR (BURMA), NEPAL, NORTH KOREA, SOMALIA, SUDAN, SYRIA, TUNISIA, VENEZUELA, YEMEN, ZIMBABWE, OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY TO WHICH THE UNITED STATES, THE UNITED KINGDOM, THE EUROPEAN UNION, OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION EMBARGOES GOODS OR IMPOSES SIMILAR SANCTIONS, OR ANY JURISDICTIONS WHERE TRANSACTING IN CRYPTOCURRENCIES IS PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED IN ANY FORM (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS” AND INDIVIDUALLY, A “RESTRICTED JURISDICTION”), OR ANY PERSON OWNED OR CONTROLLED BY, LOCATED IN, ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF, OR AFFILIATED WITH A RESTRICTED JURISDICTION, OR ANY INDIVIDUAL LISTED ON SANCTIONS LISTS MAINTAINED BY THE UNITED STATES, THE UNITED KINGDOM, THE EUROPEAN UNION, OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION, OR ANY RESIDENT OR INDIVIDUAL LOCATED IN ANY COUNTRY OR JURISDICTION THAT RESTRICTS ACCESS TO OR PROHIBITS THE USE OF DIGITAL ASSETS OR CRYPTOCURRENCIES (COLLECTIVELY, “RESTRICTED PERSONS”). IF YOU ARE A RESTRICTED PERSON, YOU MUST NOT USE OR ATTEMPT TO USE THE SERVICES. USING TECHNOLOGY OR MECHANISMS (SUCH AS A VPN) TO CIRCUMVENT OR ATTEMPT TO CIRCUMVENT THESE RESTRICTIONS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT: (1) YOU ARE NOT A RESTRICTED PERSON; AND (2) YOU (INCLUDING, IF APPLICABLE, YOUR OWNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, EMPLOYEES, OR ANY OTHER PERSON WITH ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT) WILL NOT COORDINATE, CONDUCT, OR CONTROL YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES FROM WITHIN ANY RESTRICTED JURISDICTION.
YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, DISASSEMBLE, DECOMPILE, ADAPT, ALTER, TRANSLATE, REVERSE ENGINEER, OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS OF THE SERVICES TO MAKE THEM AVAILABLE TO ANY RESTRICTED PERSON.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms we post or make available that are expressly incorporated by reference (collectively, these “Terms”), form a binding agreement between Serious Financial Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you regarding your access to and use of Funny Money (the “App”), our iOS application, and our website at https://funny.money (collectively, the “Services”). The Services may also facilitate access to third-party materials (including smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, SDKs, and other applications) that are not owned or controlled by us (“Third-Party Materials”).
If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity or another person, “you” means that entity or person, and you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether performed by you or others acting on your behalf.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services may allow you to interact with Third-Party Materials, such as decentralized exchanges (“DEXs”) and third-party smart contracts. We do not own, operate, or control Third-Party Materials and are not responsible for their performance, security, accuracy, availability, legality, or outcomes. Your use of Third-Party Materials is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms provided by the applicable third party, which you are solely responsible for locating and complying with.
We may maintain community spaces on third-party platforms, including Telegram and Discord (“Community Channels”). Community Channels are operated by third parties and are not part of the Services, even if referenced by the Services or Company representatives.
Anything you post in Community Channels may be public or visible to others. Do not share sensitive information (including private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or personal financial details). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, their security practices, or user conduct within those channels.
